Sharper Global Solutions, a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm headquartered in the Philippines, launched in 2024 by the Rama family. The Rama family has provided highly secured captive healthcare services for the past 15 years.
SGS brought together the founders of the Philippine company and 2 established US business leaders, Mark Masters and Pamela Rama. This team will allow SGS to build upon this previous experience to offer new solutions to other sectors of the global economy.
Pamela Rama is a distinguished cardiologist based in Florida and in 2023 was recognized as One of the Most Influential Filipinas in the World by the Foundation for Filipina Women’s Network in Prague, Czech Republic. Along with her taking up membership in the SGS Board, she concurrently sits on the Board of the Baptist Medical Center Beaches in Jacksonville Beach Florida and is also the Vice Chairman of the Florida Obesity Society.
Mark Masters will serve as Chairman of the Board. He has practiced as a Licensed Psychologist and served in Health Care administration in behavioral health, cardiology and healthcare data migration & document management. Mark also worked as a consultant across the US building effective leadership teams in accounting, legal services, engineering and healthcare.
Pam and Mark both bring proven leadership across numerous sectors of the global economy. SGS looks forward to fully leveraging both new Board Members’ business expertise in molding the company into a world class service provider for new Global English BPO Support markets.
